About Me
Hi! I'm Madison, and I'm a lifestyle writer based in Mount Airy, North Carolina. I write food, travel, wellness, country music, home and women's stories. I'm currently a freelance writer and editor available for hire. In a past life, I held staff positions at PEOPLE Magazine, where I reported, wrote and edited daily home, travel, food, country music and pets stories for both the magazine and website. I received my M.A. in Magazine Journalism from NYU in 2017, and I'm also fiercely passionate about raising awareness for Pancreatic Cancer & Alzheimer's Disease. I'm a southern girl at heart, so on a great day, you'll find me drinking sweet tea, eating a biscuit and planning my next vacation.
